 Porridge-Oatmeal Chia Seed


  • 1 cup oatmeal 
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana chopped
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 2 strawberry diced
  • 1 tsp organic honey

  • 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk hot water or hot milks (any milk) 
  • a few raspberries blueberries and goji berries 
  • 2 walnuts
*add any fruit you would like*
add one LIFA super mix capsule while soaking chia seeds and oat in 2 cups of coconut/almond milk or hot water or any milk for 5 to 10 min. chop half a banana and an apple add and stir with soaked ingredients pour all in a bowl and some diced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, goji berries serve it with some walnuts and 1 tsp honey. enjoy your LIFA LAB Porridge.



Mushroom and Zucchini Omelette



  • 1 cup or chopped mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium zucchini ,sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced 
  • 1 crashed garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp flour-  can be gluten free 
  • 1/3 cup plant-based milk must be unflavored and unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/3 cup cheese -optional 
  • fresh parsley or coriander
  • 1/2 fresh lime or lemon
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • LIFA LAB Super Mix Capsule 


Mix the eggs and milk and flour all together then add your LIFA Super Mix Capsule to ready liquid. Heat the olive oil in a small non-stick frying pan. Tip in the mushrooms and onion and garlic fry over a high heat, stirring occasionally for 2 mins until golden, then add the zucchini for another 2 mins, Lift out of the pan into a bowl and mix with the cheese and parsley. Place the pan back on the heat and swirl the eggs into it. Cook for 1 min or until set to your liking, swirling with a fork now and again. Spoon the mushroom mix over one half of the omelette. Using a spatula or palette knife, flip the omelette over to cover the mushrooms or simply let it to cook completely. Cook for a few moments more, lift onto a plate and serve with salad, avocado fresh parsley or coriander and fresh lemon.

Vegan Scrambled Eggs



  • 1 tbsp chickpea or garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour or tapioca starch
  • 1/3 cup plant-based milk must be unflavoured and unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil optional
  • 1/2 kg silken or soft tofu
  • Olive oil
  • LIFA LAB Super Mix Capsule 
  • Salt & pepper to taste


In a medium bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients. Stir in the oil, if using, and mix well. Cut the silken or soft tofu into cubes and gently stir into the flour, milk, and oil mix, covering the tofu with the mix.

In a non-stick pan, over medium-high heat, cook the tofu mixture like any other scrambled egg. Let it set up a little on one side, which takes a few minutes, and flip to the other side. Serve like any other scrambled eggs with some veggies fresh parsley and fresh lemon. Enjoy your LIFA Vegans scrambled eggs.




  • 2 plum tomatoes, peeled and divided
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño—stemmed, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1or 2 large eggs or 50g Tofu for vegans 
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 small bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 fresh lemon/lime

If you like more spices you can also add,

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder


Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Add the chopped bell pepper and onion and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent. Add garlic and spices and cook an additional minute.Pour the chopped tomatoes and juice into the pan and break down the tomatoes using a large spoon. add your LIFA super mix capsule and Season with salt and pepper and bring the sauce to a simmer.Use your large spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into each well. Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your liking.Garnish with chopped Coriander and parsley. Enjoy your LIFA LAB Shakshuka.



 Roosted Pumpkin Soup 

  • 1/2 kg roasted pumpkin seeds removed and chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion roughly chopped
  • 1 medium-sized potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 cups  chicken or vegetable broth (stock)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (if needed)
  • 1/3 cup half and half (or light cream)
  • Fresh parsley to serve (optional)
  • LIFA LAB Super Mix Capsule 


Roast the pumpkin in the oven for 30 min, keep the skin on and then chop it roughly, Place all ingredients, except cream, in a large pot or saucepan.

add your LIFA super mix capsule,Bring it to a simmer over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Take off heat. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth. Add the cream and stir through (do not boil after adding cream). Add any salt or pepper if needed, and serve with parsley. Caramelised Mushroom Soup

  • 1 tbs olive oil or salted butter
  • 1tbs flour - can be gluten free
  • 1 cubed /diced onion
  • 2 garlic clove - crashed
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, halved or whole
  • 200g sliced mushroom
  • 2 cups (750ml) Full Cream Milk or Vegetable Stock for non Vegans
  • 3 tbs Thick Cream or Tahini for non Vegans 
  • LIFA LAB Super Mix Capsule 


Cut the mushrooms into slices. Add the olive oil or butter in large frying pan then add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms all together for 5 min, add your LIFA super mix capsule, while they getting caramelised, boil the chicken broth or milk or vegetable stock and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently then blend 2 tbs flour and stir then add all the mushrooms to the to the liquid stir till it thicken add the cream or tahini and serve it with some parsley. Enjoy your LIFA LAB caramelised mushroom Soup. 


Tomato Chickpeas Soup 



  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained or soaked overnight
  • 3 fresh chopped tomato or 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth, or vegetable broth for vegetarians
  • 100g slow-cooked shredded lamb for non-vegetarian 
  • 1 full lemon
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • fresh black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus extra optional for garnish
  • LIFA LAB Super Mix Capsule 


Heat the oil in a large nonstick or saucepan over medium heat then add the carrots, celery, onion, garlic fry and sauté until tender and fragrant, about 8 to 10 minutes until softened, add 1 LIFA LAB Super Mix capsule while stirring frequently. Transfer to the crockpot along with the broth, tomatoes, chickpeas, parmesan cheese, and fresh pepper. Add the rosemary, and basil, squeeze half a lemon, and add them lamb if you are not vegetarian cover, and cook on low for 4 hours.

Remove rosemary sprig and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Ladle soup into bowls and top with extra parmesan cheese, if desired, add fresh spinach and basil. Borscht - Cabbage Soup


  • 2 cups beef soup bones
  • 1/2 water, or more as needed
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1 big cabbage, finely chopped
  • 3 onions, minced
  • 1 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 fresh red chilli peppers chopped
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream or feta cheese
  • LIFA LAB Super Mix Capsule 


Bring beef soup bones and water to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, add 1 LIFA LAB Super Mix capsule, adding more water, as necessary, Remove and discard the soup bones, then strain the broth into a fresh pot, and return to the stove.In separate pans stir in the carrots, cabbage, onions, parsley fresh chilli, salt, and pepper. Cook about 20 minutes add them stir in tomatoes and return soup to a boil. Serve individual bowls of soup topped with heavy cream.Enjoy your LIFA LAB Borschte Soup. 


Lentil and Spinach Soup


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 onion, diced (white or brown)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 cups / 400g dried lentils  (brown or green or yellow) soaked for 1hr
  • 200g crushed fresh tomato
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken stock/broth
  • 1 small fresh chili
  •  1 lemon zest + juice)
  • 2cups of baby spinach
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper- season to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or basil -1 handful 
  • LIFA LAB Super Mix Capsule 
  • 1tbsp Greek yogurt (optional )

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, stir and cook for 2 minutes add your LIFA LAB Super Mix then add tomatoes and carrot. Cook for 8 -10 minutes or until softened and the onion is caramelised. Then add all remaining ingredients except the lemon, parsley , spinach, and balsamic. Stir. Let it cook for 30-45 min in medium heat until lentils are soft 2 minutes before serving to add the spinach and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
