Shipping policy

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We have a 2-3 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship Australian orders via Australia Post.

Standard shipping $10

Express shipping $15

All Australian orders over $150 receive free shipping, which is automatically calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Australia. Flat rate shipping fee $30

We ship with DHL Express and DHL Global Mail, a fast and reliable shipping service.

Shipping time will be displayed during checkout, next to the shipping option that is available. Please note that the transit time is displayed in business days (Monday to Friday) and are estimates only.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that what they order (and the quantity) is not restricted in their destination country. LIFA LAB does not take responsibility for the actions of customs in any destination country. If a parcel is seized due to restricted items or for tax purposes, it is the customer's responsibility to be in contact with their customs office and resolve the issue. If a parcel is returned to LIFA LAB due to a customs seizure, a return fee will be charged to the customer. This return fee will be the same cost that you initially paid for the shipping of your order. Customers who wish to have their parcel re-sent to them, will need to pay a re-postage fee (on top of the return fee). If the customer does not want the parcel resent, the option of a credit or exchange will be offered. However, to receive a credit or exchange, the products returned must be received unopened, undamaged. The exchange or credit value will be for the cost of the product(s) only, less the return shipping fee.

Please note: You may encounter a customs or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of LIFA LAB and this fee will be dependent on your country.

Please be advised that LIFA LAB is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. LIFA LAB is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Rates are in AUD and exclude customs duties, taxes, clearance-related charges, VAT and all surcharges.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

 A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for AU orders and 28 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
