Organic Botanical Blend

This artisan hand-blended SLEEPY-TEA Jar is a blend of organic plants and herbs made to improve a deeper, more rejuvenating sleep cycle. This gentle, comforting blend of earthy botanicals is more than a superfood; Herbs used in this blend, including Chamomile flowers, Passion flowers, Saffron, and Lavender, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, aid relaxation, improve sleep quality, and offers a smooth, slightly sweet, and refined flourish finish.

This magical tea blend is free of anything nasty and totally Caffeine-free.

Brewing

Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
